Who we are

What data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in the contact form:
- Name
- Phone number (optional)
- Project type and the message you write
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and does not automatically collect data beyond what the form needs to work.
How we use the data
Form data is used only to reply to your contact or quote request. Submissions are processed by the external service Web3Forms, which delivers the message directly to our email — we do not keep our own database of your data.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Form data passes through Web3Forms (the technical processor for email delivery) and, once received, stays only in our inbox.
How long we keep the data
We keep messages received by email for as long as needed to handle your request, and afterwards for as long as is reasonable for business record purposes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to dddigital.pt@gmail.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with Portugal's data protection authority (CNPD).
